How to start your power jetboard?
1. Fuel your jetboard : Use mixing fuel of gasoline and high quality compete synthetic oil . First
tank fuel of your jetboard should be mixed in 1:40 proportion, you’d better avoid to ride the
jetboard in high speed for long time during breaking-in period. Fuel mixing proportion after
breaking-in period is 1:50. Capacity of fuel tank is 5L, if you first use the board, or in case of
running out of fuel, you need to add at least 3.5L fuel to make the gas primer suck oil properly.
Wiping up the overbriming fuel when you add fuel.
2. Add gear oil 70ml, Oil brand: SAE 140 or equivalent. Replace the oil every 4-5 hours.
3. Intsall the Bettery : Fill the fluid into the battery (follow the battery filling instruction).
Recommendatory brand of battery : YUASA, type: YTX12-BS (12v-10ah), measurement:
150*87*130. Or choose other brand battery with the same size. Connect the battery cables,
the anode connects to RED cable, the cathode connects to GREEN cable, add battery heat
insulation paper.
4. Install the fins : One center fin and two side fins are all in quick and easy installation structure,
please follow the instructions below to install all fins.
Warning
·Your power jetboard can only start in water, do not start the engine on land, lawn,
sandy beach or other non-water territories, otherwise, it will cause overheating of engine and
finally damage or destroy your jetboard engine.
·Do not ride your jetboard in shallow water, otherwise, it will damage the rear fins.
．Keep oil tank switch in off position during transportation if you have already topped your oil tank
up, to avoid dangerous and difficulty in engine starting due to superfluous oil entering into it.
。After riding，take your jetboard out of water, remember to keep the power of your jetboard on but
disconnect the urgent kill switch cable, then press the green start button for 5 to 8 seconds , to
eject the water possibly left in your exhaust pipe.

5. Correctly close the hood: put the hood on the hull, turn the knob, fix up the hood (as below
pictures). Turn the air release button to CLOSE, then start to inflate the air seal, observe the
air pressure meter, 4-6PSI is enough. Please take attention to protect the air seal as possible
as you can, prevent it from scratching by keen-edged object or dipping in corrosive liquid
6. Preparative before riding : please wear protective clothing, life vest, helmet etc.. Connect the
pull cable with the board in one side, and tie it to your arm by the other side, and tie the kill switch
cable to your wrist.
7. Startup the engine : turn the tank button to ON, then press the gas primer several
times until there are fuel in the primer, squeeze the primer one or 2 times, (don’t
squeeze it too many times, it will cause difficulty in engine starting due to superfluous
oil entering into it), press the silver battery switch on the hull (when you see the red
lights shining, it means the battery is well connected), connect kill switch bolt, press the
GREEN start button to start your jetboard. Let the engine run 1 to 2 minutes at idle
speed each first play, then operate the throttle to accelerate your jetboard. Press the
RED button or take the kill switch bolt off to stop the engine.
Attention : The fuel in big fuel tank can support the engine to run about 50 minutes, so, if your
engine can not be started or accelerated after long time riding, the fuel in big fuel tank is supposed
to be used up, turn the tank button to RESERVE, start the board, back to the shore to fuel your
jetboard, the fuel in reserve tank can last about 1km.

How to maintain your jetboard after each riding.
1.Clean the cooling water pipe (It is no need to clean it if you ride the jetboard in fresh water.)
If you ride your jetboard in seawater, please connect the water pipe as below, cleanout the
seawater left over the engine water pipe and exhaust pipe. Please remember to horizentally lay
the board when cleaning.
2.Clean your board : Cleaning entrails of your jetboard with freshwater every time after riding,
unscrew the drain plug, pour water into your board, uplift the fore part of your board (150mm
higher than stern ), clean the filter of drain plug then, screw the drain plug back after you finish the
cleaning works. Cleaning is very important, it will protect automatic drainage system of your board.
3.Turn off power after cleaning, ensure your battery is full enough for next use; turn the tank button
to OFF, turn the air release button to OPEN.
4.In the end, open the hood of your board, cover it until the inboard temperature down, in this way,
you can protect the surface of your jetboard parts well from erosion and rusting .
